Pro tip from a professional all-nighter: everyone says to get good sleep the night before, but that's only part of it. Get good sleep the night before that too! The two nights of sleep before your current day are really what determines your sleep cycle/energy level, not just the single previous night. Getting good sleep before that too can't hurt either.
