In the post-game interview, brief as it was, Freese said something along the lines of, "I think I redeemed myself for that stupid error on the pop up."
As for the foot blocking the base, I believe the color commentators said that was perfectly legal. Either way, it worked. At least for that play.
Looking forward to game 7 though I think Lumph is right. I have a strong feeling the Rangers will win, but I'm still rooting for the Cards. That was an intense game 6.
