Not the point. Also, I didn't make this up, so perhaps someone can request to get the rules changed.
Hey jx, can we submit files with profanity now or no?
(I think the reason had to do with making the site as family-friendly as possible, i.e. get as most traffic possible...this was probably more coherent when FFR was more of a business)
