I'm usually not very hungry in the morning and only eat breakfast if I know I'll regret it later and won't have a chance to eat lunch quickly. But I basically have to force down breakfast because my body doesn't want anything in the mornings. If I do eat it, fruit is usually the best choice for something I can get down and not completely regret.
