Try lowering your speed mod and then screen cutting in order to eliminate most of the background video. You can also try tinkering with note skins as a way of making the arrows more readable. You can even try to tilt your screen back so that the arrows stand out more.

Other than that, there's not really much you can do -- that song is pretty notorious for it's annoying background animation.
