I have quit for 5 days now, and im tossing and tuning all night and sweating loads, and having a bad nights sleep. I smoked for 6 years prior to quitting if thats any use.

This happens because your body was highly addicted to nicotine, and it's not getting it's "fix" so it is retaliating. Your symptoms should be less severe as the days progress, so just hang in there and soon it will be easier to manage your smoke-free lifestyle. Congrats on making the decision to stop, by the way.
