I've passed Aragorn 1.8 rate before, but abokado only passed 1.7 rate.

Doing double setup quads too fast ends up not registering properly, so he has to do a slower vibrating speed in order for his taps to register so therefore he can't do 1.8 rate (also look at the major transition he does, vibrating does not look like that)

The fact he missed such a huge amount of arrows in a row at that one spot also indicates the unstable factor of double setup.
