Revisions to existing songs only cost me 1 tier point, and the addition of some new songs earned me a few more tier points. That's assuming lower point requirements don't have to be very clean. If they do, I've probably got nothing. If not, then I should have 29 tier points at the moment.

Edit: I just got over a 300 combo on Forza Azzuri, so make that 30 points.
