I am very sorry for your loss. Just try to remember the good times you had with your parent and it is a good idea that you talk about your feelings to someone that you know will understand, trust me this will make you feel a whole lot better. Tip  on't feel ashamed to cry, its a natrual thing, frick all those sexist bastardsthat say men can't cry.
