I would gladly like to, because I'm responsible, and i can get things done right at the spot.
But since im not experienced with tournaments, and i dont have the right authority, then i suggest Sprite-, or Tass (idk about tass, hes busy at it is), or maybe EnR, hes good with tournaments.

Edit: also, right now we're entering the second day of the second round, but were still at waiting to start the second round. Valuable time is being wasted.
