The download link on the first page doesn't work with Firefox or Opera, but it does work in IE (tested with IE7, but IE6 should work). The server doesn't seem to be able to cope with the spaces getting (rightfully) converted to %20.
Unfortunately, my hands are kinda tied on this. Unless Ducky goes in and renames the file you're just going to have to either use IE or find another source for it. Sorry.
