yea, there was only one huge fire i know about, benningtons(?) the restaurant burned down to the ground, not sure why, but it showed the firefighters on the news

but you gotta factor in the secret songs, if you make it go up to 100k credits, then when you start adding all the new purchased stuff, itll be more credits than even some of the huge credit holders...
