Alright. If you want to really get cookies fast. Elder Pledge. ALWAYS. ELDER PLEDGE. Get to 77 golden cookie clicks as fast as you can. Once you do that. You can get Get Lucky, causing golden cookies...

The exact number is the square root of your # of cookies in trillions. Like, I got to 1.6Q recently, that's 1600 trillion. The square root of 1600 is 40. 40 HC.

If you have billions CPS. DO NOT REFRESH. IT HAS BEEN PATCHED. Keep the billions for as long as you possibly can.
EDIT: Also, milk is +2% per achievement.
