After all the warm-ups, pulled 405x3 and 4 sets of 435x3. No belt, but used straps for the 435 lbs :p

In an ideal world, that would hold true, but the metabolic boost you'd get from HIIT is seriously minimal and definitely not enough to allow you to eat 300+ cals worth of food. And again, why anyone...

Yeah, consistency is definitely key. Unfortunately, results don't happen overnight, but if you keep at a slight caloric deficit coupled with exercise 3-4x a week, you'll definitely see results :)
