No. Every song has a BPM which dictates how far apart the arrows are spaced apart and in the case of no CMOD, how fast they scroll up the screen. As FFR has a CMOD, all that changes in an FFR file...

Screen shrink so you can just barely see the bottom of the word 'Perfect' when you play. You will start getting many less goods/averages, and the patterns will become easier to read with practice....

Same thing definately happens to me on a regular basis. Play FFR/SM for 8 hours straight without moving, the screen starts to feel like its melting and contorting downwards.
