KDevelop automatically adds that line (or something comparable to it), when it compiles. But, KDevelop does not have a Windows version, and I'm assuming you are using Windows.

Oh, add this statement on the line before "return 0;":
system("PAUSE");
That's the only downside with Dev-C++. You have to add that line in every program if you don't want it to quit immediately.

It is a good habit to use "int main() {}" because you can control where you want your program to end (unless of course you have some legitimate reason why you wouldn't want to control where you stop...

If you want to do it that way, yes. Or you could just write an autoplay script :-) (it's not that hard, just look the autoplay file on a CD with autoplay and change it as you need to.)
