Re: The Wii is Here.

Never said you had bad taste. You don't like FF:CC and I only recall you liking like one really bad game, but we all love bad games sometimes. You're not bad.

The thing is, you settle for worse...

Re: The Wii is Here.

I recommend saving your money. Don't spend money just because you have it. Wait for a game that doesn't suck, or buy from a console that actually has, you know, games, like the 360 or the PS2.

If...

Re: The Wii is Here.

Viva Pinata is supposedly great.

Also, you never know, there's a possibility their developing crap is related to their move to Microsoft.

... Wii parties =(

Out of all the people who I know who are getting a Wii:

Friend A isn't getting a Wii until March/April. He is planning on having a Wii party when he gets it though.

Friend...

Re: The Wii is Here.

Ouch, after reading a lot of that I'm fairly disappointed by Nintendo. Time to e-mail Nintendo as if they care!

It's a Nintendo magazine, they probably don't know how to rate FPS games rofl.

Re: The Wii is Here.

I hope you know there's a Resident Evil collection where you can buy RE4, RE0, and REmake for $40. So if you bought those two games new, you could have recieved another totally awesome game with them...

Re: The Wii is Here.

A minor feature? Hardly. It's not just how the controls are set up, it's how the game is played. It makes it completely different. Things like this are the reason why some games are great and some...

Re: The Wii is Here.

So wait, you can play it on the Wii but if you do you can only use Wii specific controls?

*Sigh* Nintendo always does dumb crap like that. They develop amazing games and small things like that...

Re: The Revolution (Wii) is Here.

I based what I said off the plentiful amount of reviews I've heard on the game. I probably won't get to experience it firsthand; my friend probably won't be getting Super Monkey Ball.

Re: The Revolution (Wii) is Here.

Trauma Center is one of those games you need to give a chance; it's great and the Wii version is seemingly great as well.

Rayman is supposively pretty good, better than Super Monkey Ball which...

Re: The Revolution (Wii) is Here.

I'd assume it's for the US since they mentioned it. It's not like they'd go and say "hey sup browser for free for half a year!" and go around and say "lol j/k only for Japan." That's not Nintendo.

Re: The Revolution (Wii) is Here.

The PS3 controller is tilt sensing. That's like Kirby: Tilt and Tumble. You can be facing the opposite direction from the TV and it will do the same thing.

The Wii-mote detects the position of...
