maybe i can draw up a template or something of "common stuff that's in OPs". i copy one from game to game on MU and it's decent at organizing info, as opposed to whenever i write an OP for here where...

maybe spell out Out Of Thread Communications in 1a and abbreviate it later on where it's spelled out in 5a?

my thought is ask hosts "how will you handle inactivity when it happens" and let them decide, but make them decide on something

i favor a phase-wide post minimum myself and will start including...

everyone would be busy finding "legitimate" reasons to sub out that you might notice a lot more deaths in the family because that's a go-to thing

i would favor threads locked at night as the default, and if the host doesn't want it for some reason, they can say so

1) in favor of counting votes in correct tags only, but also making it clear and a must-read what those tags are. i actually didn't realize until i looked that it didn't seem to be stated formally...
