from personal experience, usually the winner of a division ends up in at least a division or two above their starting division, in the 10th OT by the time i was at the last round in D3 I was D5 lol,...

if u did that then evil smoke, josemba, matthia, zoobin, OWA and smartdude would go to d8 then d8 would have 12 ppl and d7 would have 22

why not just set a baseline for what d8 is? like, at the current moment, every single person in D8 is level 100+ on FFR, what if D8 is just level 100+ lol
