The BIG RACE!
 

INTRODUCTION...
OK OK OK! Hello! This of course is a racing with decisions like CHEATING! Not really like cheating.

OBJECT...
Get your game piece to number 26 before the other game pieces do.

GAME PLAY...
First before we play, we'll need 8 players. Try to get yourself in. Now, There is a game list with numbers (1-26):

A = 1, Reach number 26 to win
B = 1
C = 1
D = 1
E = 1
F = 1
G = 1
H = 1

Every day you can only do one action on the list. Here's the actions: Run, Trip, Go Back, Bump

The actions do:
Run - do +1

A.
A = 1

B.
A = 2, +1

Trip - If a person below you is on the same space as you, you can trip them and the person does -1

A.
A = 2
B = 2

B.
A = 2
B= 1, A trips B

Go Back - Do -1

A.
A = 2

B.
A = 1, -1

Bump(the most confusing) - If two people are below you on the same space, You can Trip the closest person, and the farthest person goes - 2

A.
A = 3
B = 3
C = 3

B.
A = 3
B = 2, A trips B
C = 1, B bumps into C (-2).

Remember, You can ONLY DO ONE ACTION PER DAY!

I recommend that you give a numerical value of what space each person is on, because even with just the letters up the spaces aren't completely aligned. With the numbers, people will always know if they're on the same space as an opponent, or one ahead or six ahead.

Also, wouldn't it be advantageous to be on row A or H, because you could only get bumped from one side? I say make it so that bumping can wrap around to avoid that advantage.

Meh.. I'm in...

This, again, looks like a good idea for a game, but I think it's gunna need some adjustments to the rules... Guido's suggestion of wrapping around is in place, I hope. Also, at what point does being on the same space count... BEFORE the person posts their action for the day, or AFTER?

There's some confusing parts in here.. but again, I'll try it out.

Yeah, I think that the posts made should be kept track of. Once every racer has made their posts the numbers would be updated. Also, Guido's suggestion of wrapping around the trips and bumps is a good idea.

*edit* Somebody should just start a new thread to put this in so we don't have to wait for Vidik to be un-banned.

Im finally unbanned, My cable was out, My cable just came back on in a day, and i got 2 ppl in. 1 more competitor, and the race BEGINS!
