Stepping Stones of StepMania 3 [CLOSED]

Okay so here we are, one day short of a year since SSS2 opened. I really enjoyed making that one, and I'm really looking forward to this one!

What it is: I think there is a bit of disparity in difficulty between packs that are coming out and what easier files are available to new players. So after LBDD and Necros (and ferrari kinda) made SSS1, I decided to take up the torch and continue to collect and release easier stuff for the new/casual players. I have learned a lot since last year and really believe that this pack will be even better!

Rules for submissions:

1. You MUST have more than one chart. You can submit as many files as you want, but they need to have at LEAST 2 charts.

2. This is a keyboard pack; however, these are meant to be easier keyboard files. The hardest chart must be:
- around the 55 mark (FFR)
- around a 17 (yolo4) or easier; or you can check out SSS2 for an idea
- If charts are submitted that are harder, they can still be included as an edit

3. I'd like all graphics to be 512x160 for the banners and 1280x720 for the background. If you don't want to, or can't make graphics, I'll do my best to make sure a set is provided!

Aw yeah! I have been wanting to make some new charts for another pack! :) Anyways, expect a couple of submissions from me sometime soon (Also currently working on a Stepmania Pack of my own). :)

Comparing it to FFR, I'd say you're looking at about a low to mid 50's file. Or for Stepmania, we can take the Hard chart from your Clumsy Thoughts file (shoutouts to SSS1) as another example of my current limit.

This isn't to say that you CAN'T make something harder; on the contrary, that's what the multiple chart requirement is for. There just has to be a difficulty that someone of my skill level can pass. I really enjoyed the first pack and thought that it would be a great start for newcomers to the game, or for super casuals like me who haven't mastered stuff like D7 or higher yet. I hope that makes sense!

And in the OP of that thread I gave some screenshot examples of scores that I got (then) to help give an idea. Leo and BilliuMoto sent files that had some hard stuff in them, and after adding some easier charts they were a perfect fit :) Even your Magnolia was what I was looking for!

I'm not upset, just trying to explain why I set it up the way I did

What should difficulties be like? I'm thinking of a very hard chart and a pretty easy chart

Hypothetically; if, for some reason you decided to send me your Ark, I would say it's good but I would also want a second, preferably easier chart.

i really want to contribute at least one file to this but it'll probably be months or something before i get my brain powered up for a file
