Song choices so far are pretty solid, only chart I really didnt like much was NGSM V2 just because I personally didnt find it V2 worthy and chart was eh, but that was already explained in the front page comments.

yo man im awesome 12-15-2012 05:23 PM

oh my god Heffalump's ending I'm crying

Re: Twelve Days of FFRmas: Song Discussions

Heffalump Hardcore is like a mini skeletor but with polyrhythms before the massive roll parts

Looks like I'll need to shovel this one out with raw speed like skeletor since it has two frame intervals lol... reversing rolls suck

Re: Twelve Days of FFRmas: Song Discussions

Heffalump makes me happy.

And also, what Dossar said, reminds me of Skeletor at the end there, but easier.

LOL my god dossar, its possible to jumptrill seeing as how i have 4 goods on it and 3 of them were not on the rolls.

You'd be surprised at how incredibly bad luck I have when it comes to two frame interval jumptrilling, I'm lucky to have my raw speed to get me out of a lot of situations haha (e.g. DeVouR)

I thought Heffalump was an incredibly good file. It's sooo replayable.

Actually, I'm talking about the stupidity factor more than overall quality. :|

It's good enough, just... really stupid-looking.

Um... I actually have. I meant by FFR standards.

Your bag file is godless and weird lmfao

EDIT: That picture doesn't work since I hate Georgia Tech |D

What the hell, Spit. Time changes, random 24th and 48th intervals, Reshiram syndrome, and those rolls at the end.

At least you didn't plagiarize someone else's infuriating file. Nope. This one's all on you, buddy. :)

Can we stop using "replayable" as a polite way of saying "it has a really stupid part" please?
Yes you'll be replaying it a lot, but IMO not really for the right reasons lol 2 frame intervals get FUCCED

Re: Twelve Days of FFRmas: Song Discussions

Nono, don't get me wrong. I love it beyond the ending alone. The song cracks me up every time I play it. Love the polyrhythms and the adrenaline rush at the end. The minor grace notes were a nice colorful touch as well.

What's this? There's no white arrow frenzy here.

Reshiram 12-15-2012 05:47 PM

Re: Twelve Days of FFRmas: Song Discussions

Fun fact: I can hit the polyrhythms similarly to 16ths and it seems to work. :D

What's that referring to?
Also, I regret nothing!

Re: Twelve Days of FFRmas: Song Discussions

those polyrhythms suck, lol.

I got 4g on the polys forgetting that they were there, and then got a miss and average on the last big roll. Oh well.
