You definitely have the speed to keep up with the 32nds - you showed it in the first half of the huge run.

If hitting the down/up jump is causing you problems and you have strong control beforehand, you could try quickly mashing just before it so that you have a bit of a buffer to jump right back into the run. It might sound ridiculous to jump back in the run, but the patterns are surprisingly fluent and natural. If you get the hang of the patterns after quickly jumping the gun before the [UD], you'll suffer maybe an average/good or two, and a boo or two, but you certainly won't double your good count and add non-combos as well.

If it's of any help, I didn't really interpret the 32nds as any sort of pattern I had to read. Rather, I split the four receptors into two columns: left, down and up, right. I then proceeded to trill the two columns simultaneously at whatever came at me lol.

I wonder if this is not an appropriate technique for getting these 32nds right. It seemed to work a bit for the shorter bursts, but not for the long one.

idk if he has the same problem as me but i can read short streams at pretty much any speed, it's when the stream is so long that my eyes just fall behind and to get back on track is pretty much impossible.

as for reading ld / ur, i do that too but more on js/hs, not streams, but hey if it works for you keep doing it i'd say
i find switching mirror on and off pretty much every 2-3 runs will help you get better at reading the streams without mental blocking so def dont overpractice considering there's hardly any files on ffr to practice speed

i suck at the jacks in the beginning but i actually did really good on them compared to my average run. considered just failing out at one point but then kept going anyways and actually did pretty good on some stuffs. good rushed the hell out of the end trill but i can't combo that trill anyway so that's kinda expected, the stuff just before the trill makes no sense to me either i should definitely work on that part

I wrote a long post with my usual score comments, but I accidentally closed the tab and I don't have the motivation to type it all out again so sorry guys. :<

Anyways, some scores:

Well this is nice. Didn't think I could get a score like this on this file (misses still make me sad though (v)>)

FGO FC #3 :D (this PA sucks balls though, I wish I could have had my usual 30-good run on this or better xP)

Finally FC'ed this. :D All the averages and a lot of the boos were from nerves and hitting too early :/

As for Tageri, I liked it since it was an improvement from my 80-ish goods before, but I did get goods that were very avoidable so there is still lots of room for improvement. :)

pretty much when i stopped caring about misses i stopped getting boos outside of the what feel to be random ones (usually hitting 2 keys with one finger -_-), but it definitely helped to start working on my weaknesses. i mean even from your post it's clear you're only really getting boos when you're going for the fc, other than that you keep a low boo count consistently. but yea it's always nice to get the fc before working towards a better score, i suppose stepmania is what got me over ever spassing to keep the fc (nothing wrong with it though, who wouldn't like a fc badge ingame or on their profile bar yaknow)

thanks, if it's an improvement I'm happy with it, regardless if it matches up to the scores of others around my skill level. I typically play for PA, and I have a decent reading ability which is why I usually have minimal boos on most songs, but sometimes I'll just notice a song in my levelranks that's not FC'ed and since the game is based on combo scoring, I just make the goal to FC the song at any cost.

had 3 clean or something right until the very ending but the ending hates me so lolnope :< I think I AAA'ed all the 24ths, but I can't be too sure since I haven't watched the replay myself xP

Freedom Dive looks rough as shit, probably the closest one could get without straying into FSO territory, but I agree, it's accurate and layered to hell and back.

This was neat, fixes the last-note blackflag from TC_Cyrenics. 1 Restart due to dumbassing one of the first 12th jumps

I remember when this used to have a background, avmisses, and incorrect color syndrome. XD
