Melon Collaboration Pack 2 Subissions are open!

Though the first package only received Korean simfiles , except Patashu, this one is open for everyone.

I lowered the judge level and changed the judging criteria but I'm still getting decent simfiles as before. There is no special judge except me yet. Think I'll be the only judge in this package.

Simfiles with banner, background and CDTitle would be welcome but if not someone else might gonna settle about those. You can send up to 4 simfiles and don't submit simfiles that other released packs have. I can't review the submitted simfiles instantly but I'll review those as soon as possible. I won't review Korean simfiles here but I'll indicate which ones are accepted. Submissions will be closed when there are enough files.
