Stairs
So how do you go down stairs?
Do you gallop down stairs or do you take even steps? |

If there are handrails on both sides, I'll usually lean forward and grab the rails when I'm about 7 steps away from the bottom, and jump the rest of the way. Otherwise, I just sorta jog in place down them.

Gallops unless in rushing. If i'm rushing it's speed even steps.

I attempt to jump them all to save time, but there is a wall overhead half way down, so i must use railings and do it in two big jumps. :)

I use every step going down but run, skipping 1 step, when I go up them, not sure why.

i prefer mattress surfing. or just walking down them regularly.

I go up stairs 2 at a time as well for some reason. Going down I try to switch it up every now and then. When I forget I tend to gallop down stairs.

Your body should go in a perfectly smooth 45 degree downward slope while your feet quickly tap on and off the steps. If you go too slow, you won't be able to go smoothly and they deduct points for that.

In all seriousness, I go up skipping like 2 stairs, and when I go down stairs, I walk sideways.

I usually slide down the banister on my chest.
Otherwise, I gallop down them when I'm being casual and jog down them evenly when I'm in a hurry. I always run up the stairs two at a time when I'm not carrying anything. |

Two at a time when I go up.
When I go down, I usually go about halfway down and jump the rest of the way. My classes were all on the third floor last year, so I did a lot of stair jumping...good times. |

I gallop down stairs, but skip a step going up.
