So here is my special announcement about prizes:
I've gotten the go-ahead from the admins (JX and Zageron specifically) to offer the following prize...

That's right, if you win your division you will get the FREEDOM DiVE token right here on FFR.
Here's the conditions:
You must win both Cumulative AND Tournament Point style scoring to get this reward.
If a winner already has the token, then it doesn't roll down to second place or anything.

I realize the caveat of having to win both types of scoring makes it so that not many people will win this token, maybe nobody at all. But that's okay, because I announced it in the middle of the competition.
If I hold another tournament I will be much more proactive about getting FREEDOM DiVE as a prize right from the beginning.

So, good luck competing for this extra special prize :)

wow!!! now I really have to beat Thong...

Next round for D1 is a very different type of file. I can't really think of a counterpart in FFR at all.
I am interested to see how you guys handle it.

It's also quite hard, definitely a 9.

EDIT-
lol the D5 file:
Framers: 0,0,0,433,192
Number of arrows: 1636
Arrows per second: 14.7653 (denser than Rave7 lmfao)
Song length: 1:56

I did surprisingly well in the denser sections. Huge improvement.

Re: hi19hi19's Delicious Custom Theme Tournament

Wow. Umm, yea I'm suffering from a brutal skilldrop right now. I'm requesting to be moved down a flight, at least until I get skill back, so I won't feel so bad about myself. My best score at the moment is 71-6-13-8.

edit: 58-11-12-13...

Also, I don't intend on staying in the lower flight, I just want to be there for motivation because I don't want to feel like shit when I play and like I'm horrible. I'd like to feel like I'm worth something.

The first and most likely only score, because I doubt I'll be able to significantly improve this.

Not in a good mood.

Is it that song in your tourney preview, that one with a guy with three or four hands or something

Yeah.
It has a bunch of awkward transitions into jumps but they are really slow (only 120 bpm)
The main difficulty by far is the 250+ bpm JS bursts lol
The song is consistent BPM for the beginning but speeds up and gets really drifty near the end. It was very strange to sync, not sure why it did that.

Scratch my request to be moved down; I checked the spreadsheet and my score still somewhat fits. Regardless, I'm still in a horrible mood, and I'm still in a skilldrop. I'm just really really pessimistic in times like these.
