Padded cells.

Random thoughts needs cell padding. Text sticking to the border is irritating. I wouldn't suggest making it a customizable thing, unless there was a cap, but definitely worth a few seconds to stick that little snippet of code in there.

P.S. NO PROFILE MUSIC EVER, please.
