Ignoring the plethora of specific packs being made right now,

I'm still into it, and I still want to make a few files. So here's the deal: I want to make a pack, 15-20 files likely. Two files per person. I'll probably end up being the sole judge for the pack, files should be something along the lines of what we've done in the past decade like odi2, red fraction, dark chancellors, ffr packs etc. No dumps but difficult songs are encouraged.

Guidelines:

-Song length should be between 1:30 and 4:00. Might make some exceptions for longer songs if it's -really- worth it.
-Audio quality is paramount. Don't send me 128kbps mp3s.
-Keyboard chart is a must, at least one of around 9-16nps, though this is up for debate. Any additional charts are cool.
-Two files per person. Doesn't include collabs, but only one extra collab allowed.
-unreleased files
-I'll be going over each accepted song in detail, taking pains to ensure the accuracy of each file. I want this project to reflect the effort that's put into it.
-Resteps need to be drastically different from the original file, or, if it sucked, immensely better. There are literally millions of songs out there you can step.
-If you already have an accepted file and want to send something else that's better, you can substitute.

I'm not a graphic artist, however, I encourage you to submit files with a set of graphics already. There are some people here who are generous in donating their time and talent to making these packs a reality, a generosity worth much praise and recognition.
