the best way to make ACTUAL friends on this site (cause no one likes friend whores adding millions of people they dont even talk to) is either to spend a lot of times on the forums and get to meet people, or to hang around in the multiplayer lobby

Be nice to the newbie, guys.

Normally people request friends on profiles and not on the forums. To request a friend you click the link on their profile that says, "Request as friend." Be aware that some people don't like other users that just friend everyone they see, so don't get too offended if someone is less than appreciative for the random add. They just prefer to get to know someone and form an opinion on them before deciding whether or not to friend them.
