Along with this song release, there has been an important update with the following songs: DISCHARGE RUSH (9/30/16) through Spear of Justice (9/30/17) have been shifted to be 2 frames earlier, which should resolve the -2 offset problem that players may have been experiencing. If not, please mention it in this thread.

I've said it before but wanting to leave a sidenote since OP brought up the -2 offset issue again.

They are more or less affecting all songs that have been released since the end of the previous official tournament. The issue is FLASH STANDALONE ONLY. Meaning, the in-browser version is now -2 off (meaning you have to set +2 in-browser only for it to line up).

Flash version I'm running is 27.0.0.170 in-browser if checks want to be done. Might be a difference between flash versions, since I don't have a standalone that runs past 18.x.x.x

You are correct that it's different from the original submission because it was a special case where permission was granted from you to have another judge make changes based on the file's review as it was in Conditional Queue. Specifically, Miss Jackson's changes can be found in this post.
