I was stepping Zagh's Shudder remix and I was thinking to myself that the song really felt empty missing that rap sample.
So I was curious, and I did a little research, and I found out that it's Masterbits Rapsody Vocals 2 Climax 9 from Masterbits RAPsody Vocals II Sample CD.
