had a bit of a thought about it

but a cure for cancer I'd only have 1, so I'd have to very delicately transport it to a medical research center and convince them that it manifested out of thin air as I don't know what it is or how it works.
also I'd be flirting with the rule of it existing in real life

a cure for my chronic bowel issues would have the same problem

proof of the existence or non-existence of extraterrestrial life would be neat to know, but otherwise useless

a decently large house would be nice but I'd have no means to maintain it

a steady job that I enjoy doesn't have substance so that's out of the question

so I'd settle with a woman who'd love me

i guess owning a super successful business would mean i'd have money for both now and potentially for future generations, so maybe that instead

edit: hmm, if it wasn't something i would just sell though... that's a lot harder lmao

prolly a big house on an expensive piece of land (guess property taxes would still suck though) because home values are fairly stable, so i could give the house to my kids

if i'm thinking of something i'd want for mostly myself, i can't think of a thing of substance that i'd really want. i'd want an ability haha
or i guess a person who'd love me, like scintill said
maybe that, if i loved the person back

I agree with funngurl. either something to sell, or a business that could continually make profit for me. Or possibly a very nice apartment building, that I could live in and also rent out to friends and also to renters for $$$
