Playing FFR on a pad?!
 

Yeah, you heard the title right... lol

Recently I have had this stupid idea in my head that could it be possible to
play FFR with a dance pad? :D I have one, but have never tried it tho...

I know that if I did play with a pad, I would only be limited to play the easiest songs, since FFR is never meant to be played with a pad...

Has anyone done this before? And how hard could it actually be? XD

Might as well just actually download good pad charts. FFR on pad ain't worth it.

charting rhetoric is not friendly to pad play, and like ps said, boos will make the game unplayable

Yeah, that's what I have thought about... Pad playing should just stick to Stepmania (as I do, or have done xd)

It was just a st00pid idea lol, I wonder if anyone has ever played this game on a pad.. :P

I have tried and
a. the vast majority of songs in FFR are not easily paddable
b. boos like crazy

you can however use your keyboard like a guitar and that's kinda fun

Well let’s see...considering the time the game has been out and that the game is a knock off version of DDR/Stepmania, it’s highly likely that someone has tried this.

As for difficulty, a lot of the files would not be very pad friendly because of jump patterns and speeds. I think files like CIA rave is doable.

Also if it weren’t for the jumps in reality, I think it’s passable as well.

But really, i wonder if anyone has even tried to do that? XD
Even the dancing bot of ArrowVortex seems to find it almost impossible (like really it goes crazy xd)
