Actually, wfs, you're not the official placeholder for D3. Placeholder is gabrieljd with a AAA.

Hmm? Oh, is that what I meant? I meant it as in 'This is just here now to get a score on the board until I get well enough to play properly' kinda thing. Like when you put placeholder images or text in things until you get the real content.

And what's the deal with the subgame? Is it a 1 round thing, or will it carry over into the next round for some other piece of fun? ^^

I think he's using the term "placeholder" to mean that he's just submitting a score for now just in case he forgets to submit a better score later on, in other words. I think you are thinking of the word "place" in place holder to mean "place" in the competitive sense (i.e. first place, second place, etc) but placeholders can be used for non-competitive things as well.

EDIT: ninjaed by wfs

The side games are optional, and only last with their respective rounds, ending on the same day as that round. You don't have to participate in them, but I believe that you could have fun doing it.

Okay. Well, my score currently counts for that too. Although I'm confident I'll AAA it if I get back upto speed >:3

Sign-ups close at the end of this round, so you're still good. Also, you have been placed in D3. Check the original post for the song.

Where exactly is the elimination line? I wasn't able to find it from the OP.

Edit: I guess this counts for the side game as well.

Not sure if I got the screeny right. I used www.flashflashrevolution.com/ffrndanotherway.swf to play. I will get a better score and edit this later if I can.
