Desire Drive, iPatch's OP, and Galaxy9 = Tier 7
ABCDEath, and Caelumize = Tier 7

Two of those Tier 7s = Tier 8
Remaining Tier 7 + Rough = Tier 8

I'm not gonna count Prelude since everything else you mentioned alone can get you your two tier 8's.

You can't trade to the house for anything less than a Tier 7 card. Now if you can find a person to trade with to trade you a Tier 5 for those two cards that's fine.

No that's alright, the cards alone are fine. I accept this offer!

EDIT: For future reference, I am interested in doing these types of trades with people (as I am going more for quantity at the moment). So if you can't trade to the house, and I don't have the cards, I'll trade my higher tier (assuming it follows the "equal or greater value" rule established).
