(btw if you don't have the token the stationary arrows are supposed to move around everywhere when you press them, which doesn't show up in the replay, which is what makes the song supposedly hard)

Wow, Im a little happy about this AAA XDXDXDXDXD

Funny story about this song... Since the file release, Ive played it a lot and enjoyed the song so much, I went to youtube to listen to it without playing. I found an AMV that used this song for a movie called "5 Centimeters per Second". The artwork in that movie was so lush and gorgeous it led me to watching the movie later on... Ive only cried in two movies; August Rush and this. So depressing yet one of the best movies I have ever seen. No joke. If you're interested, the whole movie is on youtube, go and check it out :D

Nice PA. Those rolls are tough, but you can jumptrill them. After that, you just need a bit of speed to stay on top of the patterns. SDG is definitely possible--just listen to the music and you'll avoid a lot of bootraps.

Maybe that explains my lack of stamina?

But I use it because using the Index finger has always felt so uncomfortable for me. It's so awkward I focus more on how awkward it is rather than the chart and it messes with me HARD mentally.

Even when I was Indexing, short of a really jacky song (such as Club) I went semi pent due to the awkwardness. Jack songs were a heavy exception because it offers more speed / stamina than using the middle finger.

Semipent seems to be a style suitable for rolls and broken streams if you asked me where standard seems for jump stream and jacks ect. I'd argue that despite my preference standard setup is way better. It offers more. I just can't get through the awkwardness.

My spread technique was a simple transition because (short of when I am driving) I tap my fingers to the music I listen to and I naturally tap with Middle / Ring so it made transiting to spread a lot easier than I thought it would be.

The only times I drop into using my Index finger is when I am one handing / split / indexing for fun.

I've pretty much thrown myself into every style just to get a feel for it. I honestly feel I could write one massive write up of differences from my small point of view.

Btw, if you can semipent a hybrid setup (QS LP ect) let me know. I can't do that one as it's SUPER fucking awkward, I'll jump to a normal spread finger setup if I actually bother with it.

Why did this take so long? I always thought this chart was way too easy, with the exception of the two short bursts in the trills. Expert AAA #15!!! Too bad the unlock for v2 doesn't work yet.

There's a tremendous offset issue with WEYX. I had to use offset -24 to get it to play onsync, and the replay image is broken due to this.

I playtested my fixes and the file looks fine now, I'm trying to send them to Kayla.

Wasn't really expecting to halve my rank going into this. Something about it is easier now.


I wish I could do this well on 81s other than Integraation. After all my complaining and the number of people I pissed off, this was still only taken down one notch lol. At least I can say there's a mid-80s file I find laughably easy now haha. This aint even a particularly good run.
