Hey there FFR c: I just thought I would finally get around to using the forums and introducing myself for a change...

My name is JoAnna, I am 15 years old, and I live in the U.S. I'm a big movie and sfx makeup buff... Both interest me by a great amount.

I honestly have no recollection of when I joined FFR. I know it's been a few years, but I can't say I have played it that often to show any skill learned from my time being here, haha. I wouldn't call myself too terrible... I know plenty of people who are worse than I am. c; I often find myself surviving difficult, if that gives you any image of my lack of skill, haha, but my suckishness does not prevent me from having fun whenever I play ^^

I've never really been a forum-dwelling kind of person. I typically play whatever game happens to be good, and talk to whoever plays with me, but I never go far enough to see the community as a whole. Hopefully this will change all of that c:

Hi and welcome to the FFR forums! This community is pretty cool for the most part as long as you respect the rules of the forums so please read the rules stated in this sticky so that you don't run into future trouble/drama.

It would also help if you read the other stickies around the forums so that you can cut all of your questions by half

Welcome -- or should I say welcome back~

Glad to see people choosing to utilize the forums. As for skill, like anything else, you'll see improvement the more you practice. The community is pretty welcoming for the most part; just be smart about how you post (which as far as I can tell, you seem capable of doing) and avoid trolls.

Also, if I were you, I would read rules and stickies to help you get a better idea of things around here.

Yeah. Basically a bunch of people from the site make their own travel arrangements and chill with each other for a couple of days. See the FFR Events forum for more details.

I'm in southeast MI, so the trip would be a bit last-minute for me to try to arrange and more than a bit out of my way, but it would be fun even though it's, like, a 6-hour drive on I-94.
