whenever i work too hard and need to give my body time to freshen up and feel better

I tend to actually shower at night before bed haha. It does depend, but I do shower earlier during the day at certain times too, although most of the time I shower pretty late.

Sometimes both. Like to be clean in my bed but like to shower to wake up as well.

I usually do it in the evening before I go to bed.

I like morning showers too, but my habits say no... xd

Usually both, and 2-3 minutes of cold water too.

I skip a day when I shower, I heard showering too much is bad for your skin or something.

I shower at night for example on Mon, Wed, Fri, Sun

Morning because if even a little of my hair is wet it looks stupidbthe next day. Also for the “what about sleeping in your own filth?!” Crowd have I got an invention for you my friends: a washing machine, just regularly wash your sheets. I’ll make exceptions if I go to the gym or otherwise sweat or get really gross though, but on an idle day I’ll just go with the morning shower.

I think people who only shower in the mornings are filthy af because you take all the nasty shit with you into your bed.

you get sweaty af sleeping anyways so this doesn't really mean anything to me but

if I'm really sweaty then yeah I'll shower before bed

It depends. I shower after i bike which is like every day and i shower in the morning unless its my day off of work.

I prefer the cold as well fwiw, but I think we're in the vast minority for that one

I at least prefer the air to be cold, is what I am referring to.
