viewing this more as an opportunity to do something creative and experience the pitching environment, rather than as an actual chance to rise to fame

well ideally i need character designers or animators/inbetweeners or voice talent

but script writers or editors would be cool too to ease the workload

need a bit to gauge how much work this would take / how elaborate the other pitches generally are

honestly animation is really hard and I haven't really done it in like 5 years but it seems like an animatic is sufficient

Depending on the animation style (i.e. not hand-drawn) I could tween, but I don't trust my fundamentals enough to key and I don't think you should either.
