meno's unofficial buy-in tourney

Ok, this tourney will be just like every other tournament except when you join, you put some of your credits on the line.
There will have 2 divisions. beginner and advanced.

Beginner buy-in is 500 credits
Advanced buy-in is 1500 credits
Prizes will go as follows:

1st = 50% of pot
2nd = 35% of pot
3rd = 15% of pot

Send buy-in credits to meno_tourney via a challenge for 1000 credits that will have a score of zero or less so I know who's sent their credits.

You can't ask for buy-ups, against the tournament rules. Even if you say it's "on the line" it's still a fee. Look: Definitions for Entry Fee and Buy-Up
Entry Fee: Pay to enter and have a chance of winning it back.
Buy-Up: Pay to enter and have a chance of winning it back.

I don't see why they're not allowed.

well what happens if people started buying-in and he decided to not hold the tournament??? he has all thouse credits, gets banned, and then the admins have to go through the trouble of giving back all the credits back to those who lost them. too much time to do all that
