It's a slightly modified stock 3.9 theme

Jesus I forgot all about this until I saw the crack behind the monitor like 5 seconds in and allllllllllll came flooding back

That's the default theme from a older version.
 

The default theme uses to look like that, A few years move on,


They changed it.

Edit: I think it was from 3.9.
