In the case of an odd number of participants in a division, a "Bye" will be given to a different person each round and will count as a win (however there will be no rating adjustment for a bye).

So those numbers under each division (for instance D1 has 7,7,8) represent the difficulties for each subround, correct? And will those difficulties be static throughout the tournament?
