D5, aka the Chili Peppers
D5A: AAA nearly all FGOs, PA 13s well. The usual elite.
D5B: AAA many FGOs, can read and somewhat PA 13s.
D5C: AAA nearly all FMOs, PA FGOs extremely well, low FGO AAAs.
Lowest file will be low FGO, most files in the high FGO range, ends with a 13.

Why do I have a feeling that I know which 4-5 people are going to be in D5A?

Yea but those time I quit for like 2 or 3 weeks. I did get my skills back fast, every time. But this time, it's been 3 months, I doubt I can recover any time soon.

Okay, so no placements last night. My bad on that, I got home and started doing them then just fell asleep before I could finish. I'm more than halfway done but it does take a while to consider everything when making a placement, so they go slow.

HOWEVER
Incoming huge update and Spon Con! Dossar is converting the files for me now (SSFFRC y u no work) and I'm going through and adding any new donations and sign-ups, then I'll post the Spon Con. Placements will -hopefully- follow, but alskdfjasdlkfj they're way more work than you think they would be lol

About the song: Dschinghis Khan was a West German pop band, created in 1979 to compete in the Eurovision Song Contest.
The band's song "Moskau" was a big hit in Australia in 1980, staying at number 1 for six weeks.
The song was used as the theme music for the Channel 7 coverage of the Olympic games held in Moscow the same year.

You can find this file in genre 6 on the Dossar Tournament Engine.

My first playthrough was like 500-something goods, lol. This is a lot better. I swear at least 100 goods and half the misses is probably from the quad jack walls, I derped those really bad. ;~;

The [Dump] file is akin to the D5 semifinals and finals in difficulty. Unless you're borderline D5 or better, it won't be an issue.

This is a Spon Con, it's totally optional, and as such I decided it was okay to go a little nuts. The official files are all sensibly tuned for the division's skill level, don't worry :p

I'm expecting the D5A people to be able to low SDG/AAA this, honestly.
You and Opkiller are pretty much the most solid D5B candidates there are.

As for the easier file, just see if you can get it to load and get your AAA.
Possibly try in-browser or something?

You go to your Temporary Internet files and delete the file .swf that was an interrupted download.

Look for level_moskau.swf and delete it

First one was in a weird 48th transition near the beginning and then the second one was a split in the 32nds at the end (this is what happened to me in my Rain blackflag too)
