Well, not quite on-sync per-se; it's actually off-sync by a very precise amount (1/16th of a note at that speed), so you can technically hit on-sync with the SONG and still AAA. Some phrases will end a note earlier/later than expected, though. Silence is the same way, haha.

For desired results on a computer that normally doesn't use an offset, try an offset of either 2 or -2 (can't remember if the file is really late or really early, hence the "earlier/late").

so this means that you can put a perfect offset, but the sync is ok? like a constant off-sync of 1/16th note everytime?
i was using -3. but depending on my mood (dif days call for dif offsets), it is -2 as well.

The reason why the "pass excite bike with 65 boos or higher" challenge is so hard is because that pause doesn't occur. If you fail where you did (around 27 notes in) there's almost a 2 second pause which can land you a lot more boos. I'm not sure why that pause happens but it just does.

Still insane though, I remember getting around that boocount with the pause as well
