I can't log into the game!
 

Hello, first let me introduce myself.
I'm Polyvine, a deep fan of rhythm game since forever, and obviousely a FFR fan.

My problem today is pretty annoying, my account i've played on for almost a year is this one, and since a few i can't connect to the game with it. On R3 it keeps charging "user data" forever and will never log on (On the standalone and also on the website). I need to log as a guest, which is pretty sad for all the nice perfs i do and get lost forever :(

Any ideas about how to fix it?

Just going to leave this here for shits and giggles so people understand the context of the posts in this thread if the OP changes his avatar


Anyways, perhaps one thing you could possibly try is creating another account to see what happens. If you can log in with the new account then that would suggest that you have an account-related issue of some sort with your old account. Otherwise, it would suggest it isn't an account-related issue.

EDIT:
well, I believe the game loads your avatar upon login (since the avatar shows in the results screen). The fact that your avatar was so huge might have been causing trouble when the game when was trying to load it, which might suggest why "user data" was stuck there for awhile. Try logging into R^3 now that you've disabled your avatar.

Hi again. Did a few tests and i can answer a few things:

-I created a new account, worked perfectly.
-I added this giant sized avatar since the first day i'm a member, so i've played with it already and there was no problem or glitches while displaying it. I also tried to log in now that i've disabled that avatar, but still loading forever.



Edit: Tried with another avatar. Still loading user data, sadly :/

So it appears to be an account-related issue of some sort; this is something that an admin would probably need to look into. Alternatively, you could use your new account instead to play ffr again.
