Does anyone have any good weight gain plans?

I kinda hate being thin, and eating food hasn't been too successful.

I tried eating more fast food and stuff like that, but it didn't seem to have too much of an effect, I gained weight according to the doctors, but I didn't feel any curves or anything come in.

I'm not sure if it's because my foods are low in fat content, because on the bus trip, and when I was at my dad's place, I wasn't really eating too many meats or eggs (at least for a while), so I'm not sure if that might've been it.

I don't have too much of a sweet tooth (though I do love cake and chocolate), and I eat omnivorous, but I tend to lean more towards meats than fruits/vegetables.

Please hit me up with your advice!

Thanks ~

if you're only looking to increase the number on the scale, then milk products help a lot with gaining weight.

eat some cheesecake and drink some milkshakes gurl

it might be better to bulk and put on some muscle while you gain weight though so you look toned

keep in mind that its something that takes time as well
don't be put off by nothing happening after a short period of time

It was over months, but I'll keep persevering. The end result will certainly pay off

Eat some cheesecake? Not entirely sure about that, I'm partial to cheesecake.

But the milkshakes? Yeah, I'm down for that.

If you don’t care that you’re getting fat, just indulge more junk food more frequently. If you’re trying to maintain some good shape, you can choose healthier alternatives such as these

Whole milk
Ground nuts
Bananas and peanut butter
Yogurt and honey
White rice and beans
Parmesan cheese and white rice
Cliff bars
Uncle bens chicken rice packets
Peanut butter
Coconut oil + anything you cook
Eat the fat off of any meat you choose

There is more but these are pretty good for bulking. Key is to bulk - not get fat. Eating 300 to 500 calories over your maintenance is what you’re shooting for. There are plenty of calculators online that will give you the number.

Goal is to gain no more than 1 to 2 pounds a week. Anything in excess to that, you’re getting fat.

I like having a little extra meat on my bones, I’ve struggled with anorexia,- and it hurts to have my body be this thin.

I’m fine with being fat, I just don’t wanna get too fat.

I’ll definitely try this out tho. This seems like a good way to do it.

If you’re just getting a little meat on your bones, I would probably suggest just doing a 10lb bulk to see what your body looks like. Then if you’re not satisfied, keep pushing forward. The higher you get, the more calories you will have to get to put on more weight.

10lb bulk?

How would I do that sort of thing?
