It's pretty left-hand biased on non-mirror in the handspam section, and mirror doesn't make any other part THAT much worse so I can see why it helped.

Yay! First AAA of d3 I think.

Song was really fun, really really easy to derp goods on though. I had the backflag within like 15 minutes or so, but I had to whore the song for another 2 hours or something just to fix it, and even then I think I just got lucky.

P.S: I'm really liking this rounds music, I might go check this guy out later.

I got all of my fmo sdg's recently (besides club and blue violet), so I've been skillboosting a little. I could go up a division if hihi19 thinks it's necessary, I'm not going to be quite as good at the end rounds but it's fine with me.

If you think you're placed too high I am willing to move you. Show me your best scores on the D3 and D4 files and maybe I will move you down. D4 does get a lot harder very quickly (ventures into high FMO land within 3 rounds) so if you are having too much trouble now perhaps you would be more accurately placed in D3.

D3A are players that are basically good enough to compete with D4B but who I thought would have more trouble when D4 gets to the harder rounds (high FMO/low FGOs). If you would like to be moved up I can do that now, but I am not *that* worried about it. If anything, I would move middie and reuben down lol
For some reason nearly everyone from D3A is skillboosting into D4 recently which is making D3A kind of lonely >_<

It looks dense because of the zoom I used (zoom 6 on DDReam)
It actually doesn't go that fast- that section is just mid-high FMO (similar in speed and density to Exciting Hyper Highspeed Star on FFR) but it speeds up a little near the end, which I don't have pictured.

ah well EHHS is an amazing file, i cant play it propperly (ultra-mash) but i love watching it and the song is so fun, i think there should be a dif 8 or 9 for it too, i'd play it all the time :) but that seems a bit easier so should be fun to see people playing.

Seriously it's definitely one of those files that you really improve on the more you play, remember I've had the benefit of testing this for like 2 months and just need to adjust to FFR timing (which is why I'm not playing for prizes)

Yeah D4 is easier than I intended. I wanted a low FMO (Dance and Zeal or Midnight Dragon level, for example) but I wound up with just a mid-high VC. Next round is a very solid FMO though, so things will start picking up quickly :)

So yeah I get 4 goods in the first 300 or so notes of the song, no goods on the shit that apparently made you think this deserved to be an 11.. and another 5 goods AND a miss at the end.. and I don't think I can do much better than this because that seems to be the pattern I've fallen into. So let's get rid of the cumulative scoring idea :D

Yeah that sounds like me. I am pretty terrible at the high FMO/low FGO territory (my eradication score is god awful lol), but I am getting a lot better lately.

I'm comfortable in d3A for now, but if it's okay with you I'd like to ghost D4B and maybe I'll move up if I can do it.

That's the offset for files Dossar converts. I convert them with a different offset, for me I don't require the use of an offset for the files I convert (i.e. this entire tournament besides Moskau)
Play around and see what gives you the best PA.

Yes this was my reasoning on D3A instead of D4B. If you would like to ghost D4B I am fine with that, just post your scores for that division as well and I will add you to the spreadsheet and track them for you.

i dont get how i cant improve now lol, so many restarts and auto fails and still no real improvement, i think i am done for this round. it is too stressful whoring that song lol, i like the song but the very quick beats after the doubles keeps killing my PA. i think i am just going to try and SDG every song on the tourney and forget about the competition seeing as i know i wont win but i wanna improve my skill level.

It's only one round, there's plenty more chances. Maybe grace notes just aren't your thing but you will find one of the upcoming rounds more to your style.

no they definatly aint, i am ok with streams and i think that is about it lol, but with streams i can go pretty fast with good PA but comboing the streams is where i have trouble on some very fast ones.

Finally got it after four straight hours of 1 or 2 goods :) And please tell me there's no more piano solo files after this round, the songs sound awesome but they're extremely hard for me to get good scores on.
