I have a couple Optiplex 780's. As long as I plug my monitor into the dedicated graphics card, it plays like a dream. Performance on integrated graphics is noticeably worse. I've had good experiences on Windows 10, and Windows XP runs like an FFR dedicab.

Game was made in Flash in 2003 so my expectations point to yes

my work used 780s and I played FFR on them fine (but don't tell my boss)

That depends on alot of things. I use an optiplex 780 and air is all i can use. Everything else lags like hell. Air BARELY works too lol
