Help with Stepmania 5 for Mac

So I want to play more songs for Stepmania rather than the original 3 songs it comes with. But the problem is that I don't how to put these songs onto there. I cannot add, change, or remove anything from Stepmania. So I needs some help with this issue.

There already exists a 'Songs' folder when I downloaded it

I can't seem to put anything inside the StepMania folder..
