Themes on Stepmania??
 

This is kinda a newbie question. I'm wondering if there's anywhere I can go to get good .smzip Stepmania themes. The ones on stepmaniathings.com are only .zip files, and they are very hard to figure out. I've read the README and tried the tutorial on the site to try to install them, and it's just not working. So: Are there any good .smzip theme files out there, and how does one go about installing .zip themes?? Thanks in advance.

My advice....... Use the default theme.

Dude, extract it how it is when it is a .zip, then just open your StepMania folder and drag it into themes.. then it is installed and you just gotta go to options and choose it under appearance

Most themes on the internet will not work with StepMania 4.0 CVS.

on www.ddrgeek.com, in its addon's db in themes, there ARE a couple of themes for 4.0. But they all suck, and partially work anyways.

well if u still want to use like C400 and stuff just keep the orginal theme.

Before you go making your own theme, go here and get the theme for 3.9. I absolutely love it and I even deleted the original theme so I only could use Hopscotch theme. Seriously though, it kicks butt!
By the way, sorry if the URL thingie doesn't work, 'tis my first time trying to do that. ^_^,

There are some themes for SM 4.0 on stepmaniathings.com. There are alsosome other 4.0 themes, like cerulean skies (just google it and click the first one)." />
